This is true for the herd dynamics in horses, and using these incredible creatures we can recognise our leadership styles, what our strengths and weakness’ are, and work on those accordingly, and therefore strengthening the team and ourselves.

We bring your team back to nature at our stunning home at Downlands Estate, with outstanding facilities, and fully catered for in our Sussex barn. The day will start with group theory sessions before moving into the indoor all weather arena with the horses.

Your team will be guided through exercises to communicate with the herd of horses and reflect on their body language and leadership styles.
